Race will be held on Saturday 5th September at 4:30pm.

Please note that parts of the public roadside outside the Church, Parochial Hall and along the graveyard on the Castletownbere Road will be cordoned off on the evening of the Friday 4th September in preparation for our Charity Run.

Parking will therefore be limited in these areas. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and would appreciate your cooperation in this regard. The cordons will be removed as soon as the relevant section of the course is completed.

We would ask you to note also that there will be 150 or so participants on the route for about a 2 hour duration and we would greatly appreciate your vigilance and patience when using the roads and Nature Reserve paths during this time.

Expect traffic congestion through the village and especially up the Kenmare Road during the event.

Spots are available today, Sunday, for a 6pm sunset kayaking trip, through Glengarriff Bay.
Expect to see baby seals, edible jellyfish, curlew, and possibly eagles :)
