💍✨ WEDDING WEDNESDAY ✨💍
Your vows are one of the few moments in your wedding day where it’s just the two of you, speaking from the heart. They don’t need to be perfect or poetic, they simply need to sound like you. 🌿
As your celebrant, one of my favourite parts of the journey is helping you find the words that tell your story with honesty, warmth, and intention.
Here are a few tips if you’re thinking of writing your own vows:
✨ Start the conversation during your discovery call so there’s plenty of time to reflect and write without pressure.
✨ Think about the moments that have shaped your relationship - the little memories often say the most.
✨ Make promises you truly mean. The most meaningful vows are the ones you’ll carry into your marriage.
✨ Write in your own voice. Your vows should sound like you, not someone else’s love story.
✨ Read them aloud before the big day; you’ll soon discover what flows naturally and what you’d like to change.
When couples book with me, I also share my Guide to Vow-Writing, packed with inspiration, practical tips, and gentle prompts to help you write vows that feel authentic, meaningful, and completely your own. 💛
