☀️ Good morning, Valentia!

It’s Saturday — and we have a LOT in store for you today!
We’re starting the day at the Lighthouse with our ever-popular Family Concert, before taking the music out across the island for our Musical Map — a whole afternoon of free, pop-up performances, including West Cork Gamelan, a special session with Maria du Toit, and our Celebration of Kerry concert with Music Generation Kerry.

Then, as evening arrives, the Swiss Piano Trio take to the stage for what promises to be a very special evening of chamber music.

But we’re not finished yet.

🌙 Our Late Night Session, Trees and Tales, brings music, nature, stories, and a few very special premieres together for a magical end to the day.

From lighthouse to late night — Saturday on Valentia is going to be quite a day.

🚣 Portmagee Regatta tomorrow! 🌊

If you’re heading out to watch the action, why not make an afternoon of it with us at The Skellig Experience? Grab a spot overlooking the harbour, order something tasty and settle in with a cold drink, beer or glass of wine while the racing gets underway. 🍻🍷

The Seine Boat race is scheduled for 3pm, and if that’s the one you really want to see, we’d recommend getting your seat with us by around 2pm!

And just a little heads-up: our outdoor tables are reserved for customers enjoying food or drinks with us — so pick your favourite from the menu, get comfortable and enjoy the regatta from the waterside. 💙
