Zimmerbus is a family-run bed and breakfast in the Negev desert. The Hirshfeld family have lovingly crafted 3 old buses into deluxe guestrooms. The "Couple Bus" is a small cozy guestroom for a couple. The "Airport Bus" is larger and is perfect for a couple who wants something more luxurious or for a small family. The "Long Bus" is suitable for a family or for 2 couples who don't mind sharing the s
ame guestroom. Each guestroom is tastefully decorated and has all the modern comforts to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay. Each Zimmerbus has its own private garden with BBQ- the bigger units also have a private swimming pool and hammock. The Long Bus even has a ping-pong table. All the Zimmerbuses have air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens and bathtubs/shower. Included is bedding, towels, organic toiletries, tea, coffee, olive oil and spices. Zimmerbus is situated in Ezuz which is located on a hilltop overlooking open desert spaces. Ezuz is a colorful community of artists and organic farmers. Well worth visiting is Shachaf's pottery studio, Yehudit and her beautiful jewelry and the B**rotayim Goat Farm with it's delicious cheeses. Highly recommended is Cafe Ezuz which has delicious meals in a cool Sinai-style atmosphere. There is also the possibility of organizing a camel or jeep safari, and there are bicycle trails mapped out. You can also just step out of the guestrooms for a quiet stroll in the desert.
