Dear UDB Harmony Flat Owners,
This page has been created specially to support the victims who have paid total cost to the Builder Messrs Unique Builders (Reality), a partnership firm owned by the land Owner, Smt. Vijay Lakshami Dhaddha, the Builder Shri Ajit Singh Thakkar and his son Shri Ravinder Singh Thakkar, along with Unique Dream Builders P. Ltd.
This Project was commenced in 2009 and still ongoing... We, the victims, have handed over entire 100% cost of our Apartment (71%)+ Other facilities called Super Structure that forms 29%. This project continues to be ongoing because essential amenities like Fire Fighting, Rain Water Harvesting, entrance and exit between main road and the Project, Severage treatment plant (STP)have not been certified and made operative by the Govt. Agencies. Features like Club House, Swimming Pool, Gim are yet to be ‘completed’. The money that we have paid to the Builder is for an Apartment along with specified features essential and necessary for living, on turn key basis. Many of us have got the Registry of 71% part done.
Friends, all of us have to be united so that we pressurise the Builder to be honest, truthful and committed towards completion of this Project.
There are only 9 Flat Owners who are living in these apartments. They have shifted because they had no place for shelter and had no option. There hard earned money, life time saving has been handed over to the Builder firm.
RERA has come into existence but the spirit of RERA has been diluted in Rajasthan due to improper and incorrect definitions. We have to fight for our right and get everything from the Builder firm. Our fight starts now and to show your strength, join this page and be together.
