On 26th August, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat became more than just a venue. It became a space where women came together to share, and remind one another of the strength we carry within us.
Our Women in Leadership celebration brought together women associates from The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, and JW Marriott Kolkata for an incredibly meaningful conversation on courage, resilience, leadership, and the journey of becoming the woman we aspire to be.
The evening was made even more special by an extraordinary panel of women who have each carved their own path with courage and conviction — Shaleni Biswas (MD, Easy Note Stationery & Founder-Director, IAWL), Mrs. Sanjukta Bose (Co-founder, International Institute of Hotel Management), Dr. Rupali Basu (RBH, HCG Cancer Hospitals & MGCHRI, Vizag, and Founder-Director, IAWL), Shanti Das (DY Commandant, Barrackpore 2nd Battalion SAP, West Bengal Police), and acclaimed actor Ekavali Khanna.
