La sala Nuova è stata recentemente restaurata (2023). Situata al secondo piano, ha due finestre che si affacciano sulla valle. Tranquilla e riposante è fornita di una scrivania e due poltrone. Nella stanza che la precede c'è il frigorifero e la macchina per fare il caffè e il cappuccino (per riscaldare l'acqua c'è il bollitore), la stanza può essere organizzata come seconda camera da letto. Bagno privato con doccia. È possibile avere letti matrimoniali o letti singoli.

Recently restored (2023). Situated on the second floor, it has two windows that open onto the valley and above the garden. Very quiet and restful, it features a desk and 2 armchairs. In the room before it there's a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. Also cutlery, glasses, cups, dishes. This room can be organised as a second bedroom.
Private bathroom with shower.
Sleeps till 4. You can have double or single beds.
