National parks cover one-third of the territory of Abruzzo, so there is an abundance of walks and trails of various lengths and levels of difficulty. You can enjoy majestic mountain scenery with a wide variety of flora and fauna, and, if you are lucky, you may spot a wild bear, wolf or chamois. Alternatively a walk around the locality of the village provides a number of beautiful views and the small cobbled streets of Casalanaguida are typical of a village of its history. The town of Vasto has an old town with spectacular pedestrian areas with views across the bay. The sunset from Vasto brings out the romantic in you don't miss it. Food and drink:
