The House is surrounded by a large garden completely fenced in, and is about 1.5 acres. The swimming pool (10m x5m) has a saltwater system, and enjoys a beautiful view over the hills facing southwest. Villa Chiara is located in a strategic area for those who want to visit the most important cities in Tuscany. It is about 50 Km to Florence, 15 Km to Arezzo and 45 Km for Siena. Many other points of interest are within easy reach , either by car or on foot. It is private, yet only a few minutes walking to the town of Pergine (about 300 m).Here there is 1 small supermarket, a fruit and vegetable store, two bars, a butcher, pharmacy, post office, Bank and a restaurant/ pizzeria .
