本日は、伊勢海老の旨みを存分にお楽しみいただける「伊勢海老海鮮鍋」をご紹介いたします。

その日の仕入れ状況に合わせて、旬の食材を厳選したお造りと、伊勢海老を贅沢に使用した海鮮鍋をご用意しております。

伊勢海老をはじめとする海の幸から溶け出した旨みが重なり合い、最後のひと口まで素材の味わいをじっくりとお楽しみいただけます。

お鍋をお召し上がりいただいた後は、旨みがたっぷりと染み込んだお出汁で、〆の雑炊またはうどんをお選びいただけます。

ほかの会席料理とは趣を変え、あえて品数を抑えることで、一品一品の素材と旬の味わいをより深くお楽しみいただけるプランとなっております。

【Ise Lobster Seafood Hot Pot】

As the summer heat continues, we find ourselves longing for the refreshing coolness of an evening shower. We hope you are all keeping well.

Today, we would like to introduce our Ise Lobster Seafood Hot Pot, a special dish that allows you to fully savor the rich flavors of Ise lobster.

Depending on the day’s freshest selections, we carefully choose seasonal ingredients to prepare an assortment of sashimi, together with a luxurious seafood hot pot featuring Ise lobster.

As the Ise lobster and other fresh seafood gently simmer, their delicate flavors and natural umami blend into the broth, creating a wonderfully rich and satisfying taste that can be enjoyed until the very last bite.

After enjoying the hot pot, you may choose either rice porridge or udon noodles as the final course, prepared in the flavorful broth infused with the essence of the seafood.

Unlike our other traditional kaiseki courses, this plan intentionally features a smaller number of dishes, allowing you to appreciate the quality of each ingredient and the flavors of the season more deeply.

Gather around the table and enjoy a truly special dining experience with Ise lobster and the finest seasonal seafood—a luxurious meal that offers something a little different from our usual kaiseki cuisine.
