We had the best time celebrating the one-year anniversary of KPop Demon Hunters at the sing-along screening! We spend so much time talking about WHO we’re voting for, but what about WHAT we’re voting for?

The measures on our ballots can impact issues that matter to our families, our finances and our futures, which is why I’m taking the time to understand them before I vote.

One I’m paying attention to this year is Prop 42, which is focused on protecting retirement and life savings. When your California ballot arrives, take the time to go through the whole thing, make your voting plan and don’t forget Prop 42. I’m voting YES on Prop 42.

We’re trying something new with our Christmas tree this year, and I’m obsessed! 🎄✨

We went with a 9-foot flocked, pre-lit tree from and I absolutely love how it brings that snowy, winter wonderland feeling into our home! I’ve always loved the look of flocked trees, and this one is so full, realistic, and beautiful.

One of my favorite things about King of Christmas is the quality and attention to detail. Plus, having the lights already on the tree makes decorating so much easier! No tangled strands or spending hours trying to get the lights just right.

I love that we can enjoy this gorgeous tree year after year, and at 9 feet tall, it definitely makes a statement! Now I just need to decide how I’m going to decorate it this year.

Summer wellness lately 🍋🫐

I’ve been trying to make more intentional choices in my everyday routine, and this Blueberry Lemon Rosemary Fizz has become one of my favorite afternoon mocktails. It’s refreshing, packed with antioxidant-rich blueberries and fresh lemon, and honestly feels like such an easy little luxury during busy days.

Recipe:
• juice of one lemon
• handful of blueberries
• rosemary
• sparkling water

Muddle the blueberries and mix together with the juice of one lemon and the finely chopped rosemary. Top with sparkling water. Add a slice of lemon and rosemary to garnish.

We finally got to use our Halloween cookie cutters, cookie icing, eyeballs and sprinkles! Check out Gigi’s cookies! I had no idea I had a cookie artist in my house. And the shocking offense between Rocco’s cookies and Gigi’s cookies had be cracking up. Thanks for the Halloween fun Wilton!

Back to school season is officially here, and as a busy university dean and mom of two tweens, I need anything that makes life feel a little easier.

The EcoTank 4950 has honestly been such a game changer in our house. From colorful homework assignments and sports schedules to permission slips, school projects, and those inevitable last-minute forms, I’m constantly printing something.

The best part? No more stressing about running out of ink or making emergency cartridge runs. Those big ink bottles last so long, which means one less thing on my already full mental load.

I never expected my Halloween costume to make me reflect on my life quite so much. 💙✨

I dressed as Wendy Darling from Peter Pan, and the more I thought about her story, the more I saw myself in her. Like Wendy, I’ve naturally taken on the role of caretaker, both as a mom and in my career. But there’s still a part of me that wants to fly off to Neverland, chase adventures, and believe in a little magic.

Somewhere between raising kids, building a career, and taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to lose touch with the little girl who once believed anything was possible. Travel has helped me find her again. I still believe in love, happy endings, and that my best chapters are yet to come.
