You don’t have a 3pm problem.
You have a breakfast problem.

Most ADHD brains start the day on carbs + caffeine →
dopamine spike → insulin spike → crash.

And then you think:
“Why am I so tired / unfocused / craving sugar again?”

Darling… your brain isn’t broken.
It’s under-fueled.

♥️ Protein in the morning = stable dopamine
👉 Stable dopamine = focus, calm, no chaos
👉 No chaos = no 3pm crash

Think:
eggs, greek yogurt, protein shake, chicken (yes, really)

Not:
toast + fruit + coffee and hope

Your brain needs building blocks, not vibes.
