Our MBHS students, together with their Swiss coordinators and , had the enriching opportunity to visit in Kathmandu after completing their three-month internship.

This inspiring visit allowed them to explore another esteemed hospitality training program affiliated with .lausanne and gain valuable insights into the dynamic world of hospitality. 💯

Join us for a complete dining experience crafted by our talented students – from a fresh starter to a heartwarming dessert:

🥗 Starter – Karesa Salad: A crisp green salad with seasonal vegetables, dressed in tangy Nepali mustard.

🍗 Main Course – Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Sauce: Tender grilled chicken served with rich mushroom sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

We’re proud to share that Sita, Samikshya, and Subash have just begun their internships at the prestigious Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu!

Sita and Samikshya have joined the F&B Service team, while Subash has stepped into the kitchen department, ready to sharpen his culinary skills. 🍽️ 👨‍🍳

This internship marks a new and exciting chapter in their journey. After these three months, they will have completed the Manju Baha Hotel School program.

We wish them all the very best during this important learning stage!🙏🏼
