Must have sound knowledge and aware about software ( booking.com., Trip.com, Agoda, Expedia and etc.)
โ€“ Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
โ€“ managing guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, and providing customer service. Key duties include greeting guests, assigning rooms, processing payments, answering phones, and resolving guest issues and requests. This role also requires coordinating with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure a smooth guest experience.

5๏ธโƒฃ Maintenance / Store Man (1)
โ€“ Night & Day duty rotation basis.
โ€“ receiving, storing, and issuing maintenance supplies and equipment, managing inventory levels, and keeping the storage areas clean and organized.
