🟡⚫ WE'RE HIRING MULTIPLE ROLES!

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we're on the lookout for a few good people to join the Dreadnought crew!

We're not in a rush to fill seats. We're looking for the right people who want to be part of what we're building.

🚦 1–2 x STMS / TMO
- Full Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- This isn't your typical STMS role!
- You'll be responsible for planning your sites, ordering TC requirements and organising your closures for the following day.
- We don't have a Traffic Operations Manager overseeing every move. We trust our STMS to take ownership, think ahead and run their sites.
- Our traffic team supports our civil crews, so you're part of the bigger picture, not just standing on the road.

🚛 1 x HYDROVAC DRIVER
- Experienced, reliable and confident operating machinery.
- Someone who takes pride in their truck, looks after their gear and gets stuck in.
- You'll be working alongside our civil teams on power and utility projects across Auckland.

👷 1 x TEAM LEADER IN TRAINING
- Power/utilities experience is a must.
- We're looking for someone with solid industry experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership.
- You'll need initiative, a good attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.

A LITTLE ABOUT US

We're a young, agile and dynamic team working across civil, traffic management and hydrovac, predominantly in the power and utilities sector.

We're big on developing our own people, which is why internal promotions have opened up these opportunities.

We offer guaranteed hours, modern gear, a supportive crew, opportunities to progress and double time on your birthday! 🎂

We're a busy team, and things move quickly around here. We need people who can think for themselves, take ownership, back their teammates and have a laugh along the way.

We're not looking for perfect CVs. We're looking for good people who know their stuff, take pride in their work and want to grow with us.
