Another busy week with 3 sets of guests through Lemon Tree Cottage - Darfield. Some guests were from Cromwell and were school ski racers at Mt Hutt for a few days. Others were newly married Australia's and they went hot airballooning with Ballooning Canterbury - New Zealand's Ultimate Scenic Adventure and they fell in love with the spring lambs we have 🥰.

Lake Coleridge is just 45mins away from us. Pop up there for a day trip and enjoy the countryside, lakes, river, horse trekking and return to us for a tranquil evening.

We are perfectly positioned between Porters Alpine Resort and Mt Hutt . 45mins to the top of Porters ski field and 1hour 15mins to top of Mt Hutt! We have ample space for drying skies and boots between slopes and a warm, cosy cottage awaits you.
