Versatile Campground Worker
Peketa Campground | Kaikōura
We're looking for a reliable, practical person to join our team at Peketa Campground.
This is a varied role with a mix of reception, cleaning, and general campground duties, along with assisting our maintenance team when needed. It's well suited to someone who enjoys being busy, can turn their hand to different tasks, and likes working with both people and the outdoors.
The Role
Your day could include:
Checking guests in and out
Answering enquiries and taking bookings
Cleaning cabins and campground facilities
Helping keep the campground tidy and well presented
Assisting with grounds work and general maintenance
Supporting the maintenance team with repairs and projects
Providing friendly customer service to our guests.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and a good work ethic
Is reliable and willing to get stuck in
Is comfortable working with the public
Can work independently and as part of a team
Takes pride in maintaining high standards
Is flexible and willing to help out wherever needed
