Our latest long form construction video went live last night!

We want to take a moment to share some growing pains within the YouTube channel that may have kept this video from being visible to you all right away.

When we were promoted to You Tube Partners, YouTube had us go through a series of steps in order to potentially monetize future videos. That sounds great right???

Well, one of those steps was setting up our 'Channel Memberships' section. When you do that, any new channel members that sign up get 'PERKS' including immediate access to videos that are not yet public for everyone else. (That also sounds great, right?)

What happened when we set that up though, is it changed all my video 'Premieres' (that notify you when the video will go public and give you a countdown), into 'Members Only'. That was not so great and meant none of my regular viewers were aware the video was going live after the 'Members Only' timeframe ended.

I think I have found a solution to this problem so that all of you can still turn on notifications for upcoming premieres and know when the next video will be going live. AND also letting new members have 1st access to the videos at the same time....

Good Morning! We are not doing a live stream this morning because I am fighting a migraine, so I will post stills of yesterdays progress instead!

Roofing tiles were delivered and the 1st metal roof framing has started being installed.

The concrete for the balcony expansion has all been poured and tarped over to protect it from the weather.

I went shopping for wall tiles and vanities yeaterday.

Gary got some cuddle time with Miss Indigo...

We will be back tomorrow with another pre-construction walk through!
