An 8-year-old child can travel alone on Cebu Pacific domestic flights as an Unaccompanied Minor (UM). The service requires booking in advance, a special form, valid ID (school ID/birth certificate), and a fee, as the child is considered an unattended minor.
Key Requirements for 8-Year-Olds:
Eligibility: Children aged 7 to below 12 years old travelling alone are eligible.
Flights: Unaccompanied Minor service is available only for domestic flights.
Booking: You must declare the child is traveling alone during the booking process to ensure availability.
Documentation:
Accompanied by a parent/guardian at check-in.
Valid ID for the child (School ID or Birth Certificate).
Completed Unaccompanied Minor Form (UM Form).
Procedure: A designated guardian must drop off the child at the airport and another must pick them up, both with valid IDs.
