The 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐅𝐁𝐒𝐄) Training was conducted at Sabangan Beach Resort - Laiya bringing together staff from Sabangan Beach Resort, Kabayan Beach Resort The Pier at Laiya, and Laiya Adventure Park

The training was facilitated by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐨 of the Department of Tourism Region IV-A, with 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐐. 𝐃𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬 serving as the resource speaker. The session focused on strengthening the participants’ understanding of Filipino hospitality and promoting quality, courteous, and guest-centered service in the tourism industry.

Through initiatives like this, San Juan continues to support the development of tourism frontliners and promote service excellence that reflects the warmth and genuine hospitality of the Filipino people.
