Thayer Lake is spring fed and wedged between Torch Lake and Clam Lake. It is a small no-wake lake that is known for it’s fabulous fishing. Commonly caught are Bluegill, large-mouth bass and occasionally Walleye. It is home to a pair of nesting common loons that return year after year to mate. Throughout the summer they can be seen caring for their offspring. The surrounding area is a glorious ecos

ystem with many varieties of trees, birds, lake foliage and critters galore. The cabins sit on 300 feet of natural lake frontage with the perfect eastern view, offering stunning sunrises for those up early. They were created to be a summer vacation destination with all the comforts needed for an extended stay. They have a long history of doing exactly that! Available are two docks, one between Pine and Oak and the other closest to Maple. There are also two fire pits shared between the four cabins.
