This was a video taken at the West Virginia State Penn last June. I seem to have captured a shadow in a sell. A great shadow! This shows panning across the only other two people on this floor, shooting straight into a cell with NO CORNERS FOR ANYONE TO BE AROUND! SPOOKY!
