One year ago, we bought four acres with a vision and a whole lot of determination. Since then, we’ve poured our hearts into turning this property into a place that feels like home—one project at a time. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come, and looking ahead… we have so many more dreams to bring to life.

At first glance, it looks like she’s eating her babies… but she’s actually protecting them! 🐟❤️

Our tilapia recently hatched what looks like hundreds of babies, and one of the coolest things you’ll see is mom gently gathering them into her mouth whenever she feels they might be in danger.

This amazing behavior is called mouthbrooding. She keeps her babies safe inside her mouth until it’s safe for them to swim back out.

Nature is incredible! 🌿🐟
