“What if we?”
That was how the conversation began around a dining room table one night after a long cattle weekend.
Just four people. Two couples. Two brothers, one the oldest one the youngest.
“What if we started selling the beef we raise OURSELVES?”
What began as a small conversation about a company name and if we thought we had the numbers and capacity to start a beef company resulted in an online beef store, a store front in Big Spring, TX and now who knows what’s to become in the future. ALL BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS.
Since 2022, you all have made this little dining room table dream of ours a reality. Our goal has always been simple: bring the pasture to plate, hand raised beef, with the quality and love that we get to enjoy at our own table to others.
