We’re raising a little $$ for a whole lot of HAY! 😂

$10 per person | Kids under 2 free
Advance reservations required | Limited attendance

🌦️ Rain or shine! We work in it all the time, so come see what that looks like!

We’re a little old school around here. We like to shake hands, visit with people, and have time to answer questions, so we kept reservations limited on purpose.

Around 70 animals call Okie Grown home, and most of the animals who come to us are placed here permanently.

As an Oklahoma Agritourism destination and private animal sanctuary, we have always made education a central part of what we do here — giving people a chance to see the animals, hear their stories, ask questions, and learn a little more about what goes into caring for our crew.

Hay is one of our biggest expenses, costing us thousands of dollars every year. Our hay is already bought and stocked for winter, so we decided to have a little fun and Raise Some Hay! 🌾

The funds will go toward our hay bill, helping offset some of the many other costs that come with caring for the animals.

More than anything, we want you to come see what we do.

Walk the farm, meet the animals, hear their stories, and ask questions. Take some fall pictures. Bring a picnic, find a spot to sit, and spend some time with your family and friends.

Fall is our favorite time of year, and we think the country is a pretty good place to slow down and connect with the people you enjoy. ❤️

There’s no formal tour and no rushing. Come during your reserved time and enjoy the farm at your own pace. A restroom will be available.

The Barn House will also be open and feature our Okie Grown candles, room sprays, and soaps.

Y’all ready for FALL??? 🍂 We sure are! 🥵

When you’re ready for an escape, we have a few choices…

🌾 Okie Grown 202
Our modern farmhouse sits on 5 acres with a 170-acre wildlife passage along the back. It’s quiet and you never really know what you might see wandering through.🦌🐻🦊🫈

🌲 Okie Grown 310
Our tiny cabin sits on 10 acres at the edge of a large pond with its own separate bathhouse. It’s surrounded by hundreds of acres of farm and forest and has definitely become a favorite. 💜

🏡 The Main Okie Grown Farm & Barn House
sits on 6.5 acres and is home to our sanctuary with around 70 animals. This isn’t a petting zoo or animal attraction — it’s their home. When an animal becomes part of Okie Grown, they’re here for life. 💜

We also live on the property in a separate area so we can care for everyone. Because of that, stays at the Barn House are limited and mainly booked directly through us.

At all three stays, you are the only guests on property.

Staying at 202 or 310? Make arrangements to come over to the Main Farm while you’re here. There’s no additional charge for our guests. Come meet the chickens, rabbits, pigs, goats, cows, llamas, alpacas, donkeys, cats…lots of cats! 😆 And a horse named Misti who has a blind cow that depends on her for direction.

Walk around the farm, take some great fall pictures and tour the Barn House. 🍂 Inside we have our Okie Grown shirts along with 15 different scents of candles, room sprays and hand soaps inspired by our animals and life here on the farm. Smell away and find your favorite. 😆

It’s the Dog Days of Summer! 🥵☀️🐾 Let us see your pups!

We’ve never officially introduced our dog pack, so here they are. We joke that we live in the dog house, but it’s pretty much true. We live with five dogs 😆

🐾 Riggs (Wrigley) — Lab
🐾 Stella — American Bully
🐾 Des — Mountain Cur/mix
🐾 Buddy — American Bulldog
🐾 Hemi — German Shepherd/mix

Riggs has been with us since he was a puppy and the other four are rescues, so a couple of the breeds are our best guess. ❤️

We act like crazy Carnival Freaks. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Tents, shades, misters, fans, pools, wallows… whatever it takes to keep everybody cool and comfortable. 🎪💦

🐴 Misti & 🐮 Stevie got a fresh round hay bale delivered by Farmer Steve today… but nope, they’d rather have the stuff flying over the fence. 🤣🌾
This is where several of our animal pens connect, and where most of the gang comes each night for bedtime. 🌙

A little piece of Okie Grown is making its way across Oklahoma! ❤️

My dear friend Yvetta owns a store in Sentinel, Oklahoma, and decided to bring in some of our Okie Grown candles, room sprays and hand soaps. They’ve been a hit, and after nearly selling out, she just RESTOCKED!

I’ve been working on the Okie Grown line for a few years now. Most of our overnight guests get to enjoy the products while staying at one of our properties, and we’ve had so many ask where they can purchase them to take a little Okie Grown home.

So, by the end of summer, we’ll have some of our Okie Grown merchandise available at the main farm barn house in Bixby too.

We currently have 15 different scents, many of them inspired by our animal gang and life around the farm. I’ve also been selling the line through my boutique cleaning store in Tulsa, so it’s pretty fun seeing Okie Grown make its way to another little corner of Oklahoma.

Thank you, Yvetta, for supporting Okie Grown and giving our products a place in your store in Sentinel. And thank you to everyone who has been buying them — y’all almost cleaned her out! ❤️

Pretty sure I bought every kiddie pool Walmart had left. 😂Big girl Lea doesn’t even fit 🤷🏻‍♀️.
Just trying to keep everybody cool and happy in this Oklahoma heat 🥵.
Our water and electric bills are going to be a doozie this month 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣
