Fresh plantain, Plantago major, and it’s not in the plantain fruit family. Most people consider it a w**d like dandelion, but both have medicinal qualities.

It’s spread out and drying out a little overnight. Will process it tomorrow into an oil to make salve and a glycerin for herbal medicine. Chopping up a little into our salads tonight. 🌿

Made a Spring Oxymel with fresh dandelion greens, fresh burdock root ACV, dried nettles, dried cleavers, ACV, and honey....

Made a Spring Oxymel with fresh dandelion greens, fresh burdock root ACV, dried nettles, dried cleavers, ACV, and honey. I also added fresh garlic and fresh ginger. Running to the store to get more ACV to finish and top it off! 🌿
