We are so excited to announce that our Speaker for Man Camp 2026 at Trail West Lodge will be Eric Scofield!!! Sr. Vice President of Community Impact for Norwood Development Group, Eric provides leadership in planning and resource alignment strategies to the philanthropic giving of Norwood. Eric brings 30 years of executive and non-profit experience to Norwood, including serving as an area director, regional director, SVP and Chief Development Officer with Young Life. A gifted and energetic leader and communicator, “Sco” is a highly sought-after speaker and is as engaging, entertaining and challenging as they come. Author of "Built to Fly," Eric is married to Marni, and has two adult sons, Hudson and Charlie.
