❤️ WHY DO OUR GUESTS LOVE LAKE TIME?

Maybe it's the peaceful wooded setting. 🌳

Maybe it's having a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee. ☕

Maybe it's having pools and trails right outside your door.

Maybe it's being just 7 minutes from Silver Dollar City while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. 🎢

Or maybe it's simply having a comfortable place where everyone can relax after a busy day of vacation fun.

Whatever the reason…

We're pretty sure you'll understand once you experience it for yourself. ❤️

🏡 It's the Little Details That Make a Place Feel Like Home. 💛

As we've been getting Cottage on 3rd ready, we've been thinking about more than just how the rooms look.

We want it to feel comfortable.

Welcoming.

Like a place where you can walk through the door, set your bags down and settle in. 🏡

From the cottage-inspired style to the little touches we've added throughout the house, we're working to create a space that feels like somewhere you'd actually want to stay.

And we're getting closer to welcoming our first guests! 🎉

We'll keep giving you little peeks along the way.

🎒 TRAVEL TIP TUESDAY

Leave a little room in your suitcase… and in your schedule! 😉

We all love having a vacation itinerary, but sometimes the best vacation memories happen when you don't have every minute planned.

Maybe you find a little shop you want to check out.
Maybe you discover a restaurant you didn't know about.
Maybe the kids want to stop somewhere you hadn't planned on.

Or maybe you simply decide you need an afternoon to do absolutely nothing. 😌

Our tip?

Plan the important things—but leave yourself some breathing room, too.

Because sometimes the unplanned moments become your favorite ones. ❤️

🍂 There's Something Special About Fall in Branson… 🍂

The crowds start to slow down.
The weather gets a little cooler.
The scenery starts showing off. 🌳🍁

And after a day of exploring, there's something pretty nice about coming back to a quiet place tucked away in the woods.

☕ Grab a drink.
🌿 Relax on the private deck.
🏡 Enjoy some downtime.
❤️ Then do it all again tomorrow.

That's one of the things we love about Lake Time Condo—you can be close to the Branson fun without feeling like you're right in the middle of it.

Maybe fall is your sign to plan that Branson getaway. 🍁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WE LOVE HEARING FROM OUR GUESTS!

There's nothing better than knowing our guests enjoyed their time at Lake Time Condo. ❤️

One recent guest shared:

"We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but not too close to feel like we were in the middle of a busy place. It was quiet and peaceful, especially with the private deck."

And they finished with:

“We would definitely book again if we decide to vacation in Branson again.” ❤️

That's exactly what we want Lake Time to be—a peaceful place to come back to after a day of Branson adventures.

Thank you to all of our guests who take the time to share their experiences!

Pack for the weather, not the calendar! 🍂☀️🌧️

September can be a little unpredictable. You might start your morning in a sweatshirt, be comfortable in short sleeves by afternoon, and need a rain jacket later in the day!

Our tip?

Layers are your friend! 🙌

✔️ Light jacket or sweatshirt
✔️ Comfortable shoes
✔️ Something for a rainy day
✔️ Clothes you can easily layer

A little preparation can make a big difference when you're out exploring!

And remember… the goal is to spend your vacation enjoying the destination—not wishing you had packed something different. 😉
