I am sill doing private sound baths ALL OVER Manuel Antonio in private rental villas, covered jungle decks & pavilions, yoga studios and more. This helps people relax, the body, clear the mind, getting out of the fight or flight mode, relaxing the blood vessels, reducing cortisol, releasing stuck memories & emotions. Sound baths affect the cells of the body, the brainwaves, the energy field, the nervous system, emotions and more.
