We were lucky that the repairs needed were found before any safety issues arose! Our 22 story building in Myrtle Beach has been under repair construction for almost 2 years now (because they stop working during the busy tourist season) and our assessment was high (in my opinion at about 15K for a 400 sq ft condo and going up to 40K for the largest 2 bedroom condo's) but it could have been much worse! Although we had another assessment for replacing all the major plumbing throughout the building as a result of the building being unoccupied for 3 months in the winter... as I have told people... this type of corrosion on the oceanfront buildings is coming to EVERY building... these buildings are getting old and oceanfront is all developed. Rebuilding is most likely not an option as the prices would be unaffordable. My advice to ocean going vacationers... watch where you are renting... and be aware of the buildings age. At least Myrtle Beach Resort has stepped forward to make our building "like-new" again. But this will come along again int he future too!

Open dates: July 18-21 $400 total includes all taxes and fees, August 17-Sept 1 $80 per night! Thats it for summer! I am almost always fully booked, and I am sure these dates will get taken shortly also. I have availability in the fall if anyone is interested... and actually it is the perfect time to go after school has started since the resort gets pretty quiet. Text me... if interested!

I finally got the condo listing in order for Airbnb.... they find me about half of my bookings.... also I noticed that Allegient has great prices for Myrtle Beach now! $49-69 one way.... AkronCanton to Myrtle.... You can't beat that! Don't forget... if you book directly through me (not using Airbnb) you save a good chunk of change!
