We’re looking up!

With the block walls complete, it was time for another major milestone — truss installation.

Watching a project move from plans and a concrete slab to a structure you can actually stand inside never gets old.

Piece by piece, it’s all coming together.

🔨 CONDO REMODEL | Progress Update

Demo is almost complete on this Cocoa Beach condo remodel!

Flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops and more have come out, with plenty of work still ahead as we get ready to move into the next phase.

Sometimes progress looks a little messy before it all starts coming together. 👀

🏗️ Behind the Build | Episode 4

The walls are up!

With the foundation complete, the next phase brought this project above ground as the concrete block walls began to take shape.

From block installation to concrete work, it takes coordination between crews and trades to keep each phase moving forward.

A special thank you to Commercial & Residential Concrete LLC, Jet Roll Off Dumpster Rentals, and Advantage Concrete of Florida for their work on this phase of the build.

With the block work complete, we’re ready for inspection Monday. ✔️

Stay tuned for Episode 5 — we’re getting closer to seeing this structure really take shape.

🔨 Demo Day in Cocoa Beach!

This one’s a big one — flooring throughout the entire condo, kitchen, countertops, cabinets and more are coming out to make way for a complete transformation.

And yes… sometimes we put the boss to work too. 😂

🏗️ Behind the Build | Episode 3

Every successful project is built on a strong foundation.

Before the walls begin to rise, there’s a lot of work happening below the surface. Careful site preparation, underground electrical, and a properly poured concrete slab all play a critical role in creating a structure that’s built to last.

A special thank you to Albrecht Electric for completing the underground electrical and Commercial & Residential Concrete LLC for pouring the foundation.

This is where planning becomes permanent.
