Great news, everyone! We’ve been working hard on a solution for Saw Points:

Starting Monday, you’ll be able to pick up your Saw Points voucher at Check-In in Lucy’s. Your voucher will reflect either 5% ($10 max) or 10% ($20 max) based on what is currently listed on your account, and can be used at the bars.

We asked that you please have patience with our front desk staff as they retrieve your points.

Our commitment is that we will continue to work to be better for our guests. We listen,we process, and we find better solutions.
