This August celebration in Vail was designed with restraint. An earthy palette and organic materials kept the mountains at the center of the story.⁠

Villa Pizzo sits on the shores of Lake Como among terraced gardens, centuries-old architecture, cypress-lined paths, and that unmistakable blue. For this suite, we brought it to paper: a custom watercolor of the villa, layered black elements that hinted at the ceremony and day-of design to come, and soft blues drawn from the bridal party palette and the water itself.⁠

For couples and planners designing abroad, stationery carries more than the aesthetic. It gives guests a sense of place while guiding them through everything destination travel requires. We think of it as one continuous story: save the dates sent well in advance, travel and accommodation details, weekend itineraries, transportation, and day-of pieces that carry the design through to the final toast.⁠

A welcome party in a saloon built in 1901, with a pressed tin ceiling still overhead and a back bar older than the building itself. A room like that called for a theme to match.⁠
⁠
Alongside , who led the concept, we went all in on the Old West: rich leathers, warm woods, and pieces that looked like they’d been there for a century. A stitched leather welcome sign. An antiqued mirror liquor sign. An embossed leather bar menu and a laser-engraved wood shadow box, all tied together by the custom wedding logo we developed with the planning team.⁠

The best detail was a nod to the couple’s day jobs. They’re both dentists, so guests went home with branded toothbrush cases.⁠

That’s event branding at its best: it turns a venue into a story.⁠
