I'm heading back to the Ohio Renaissance Festival this weekend and next to finish out the season strong. I've run my rounds closing out Pitt-Ren and managing Christmas In The Woods (lost my truck keys to the woods, alas) and the WM art was in good hands while I was gone. Thank you Dave Martin and Sarah Martin . Thank you Becca Kopchak . Can't wait to be back, my friends!

If anyone at Christmas In The Woods this last weekend finds/found a set of truck keys similar to this between the far back end of employee parking and booth 55 going in from Entrance A, they are mine and it would give me much solice to know I still have a backup set of keys. I was fortunate to have a family member retrieve what WAS my spare set on Sunday and bring them to me.

This weekend and next weekend only is the 2026 Christmas In The Woods festival! I will be setup in my regular spot, a little bit of Christmas Art, a little bit of Fantasy Art, and I will introduce my Minis to the Woods for the first time this year. Closest to Gate A entrance. I should have a batch of Holiday Themed Minis the 2nd weekend. Can't wait to see you! (Totally gonna throw the brag out there that Sunshine Artists Magazine used my photo on their September 2025 cover)

Christmas In The Woods begins. Tom Foley did an incredible job for his first years as manager and I am excited to see him grow as he finds his footing. Hopefully he doesn't grow out of the WM too soon! He found us another new guy, John. Great human, kind soul, good friend. Jeremy Simmons split his time between Oh-Ren, Pitt-Ren, and Air Force orders like a champ. (Who needs sleep right?...not Jeremy. I had to wake him up driving home to give me his registration since I was getting pulled over for speeding in Bridgeport.) Anyway, the new Wandering Muse Pittsburgh Family is a pretty sweet gig, gone for the year far too soon. Thank you Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival. (Some family photos for my nostalgia)
