A Servants Heart- Homeless outreach Homeless Outreach Ministry
Fort Worth Tx Welcome, welcome, welcome to our page!! We are located and serve in Fort Worth Tx. It has since grown SIGNIFICANTLY!

We are honored to have you here to see what the LORD is doing in and through this ministry! We began full time outreach ministry in late 2018, early 2019. We served faithfully on the streets and camps all through "covid", unafraid, while the whole country shut down. When everyone stopped serving, we continued! During the time that there was mass fear and shut downs, we were serving hundreds 4-5 da

ys a week. Currently we are serving hundreds of beautiful souls two days a week faithfully, year round, regardless the weather, holiday etc. The needs of Gods people must be met regardless of weather or holiday. We are a family ministry, started from the bare bottom, just us and our children. Jamie is the boots on the ground, the face and hands of the ministry. The LORD spoke to us many years ago, far before we started the ministry and told us what we would be doing in the future and it surely has come to pass! We started with a willing heart, and just a backpack with water, snacks, Bibles and socks and WENT just like the LORD asked of us! Walking the streets helping and loving all those He sent us to! We give all glory to God for all things! HE was the the one who spoke this into existence, and He has grown and sustained it all the way through! We come from humble beginnings, growing up poor, struggling, going through all type of things. Jamie specifically has had a history that prepared her for this ministry. Growing up in a very neglectful, abusive household. Living a fast life trying to escape abuse at home, and running right into the same thing in the streets. She has battled addictions, abuse, has been in jail numerous times, been on the streets, seen so much, and experienced much trauma and heartbreak. The LORD healed and delivered her fully at the age 25, and she went on to marry, and serve the LORD faithfully from there on out. Our family has experienced homelessness personally THREE times in the past 12 years, WITH 5 children. Our bouts of homelessness have never been because of drugs or alcohol which is the stereotypical idea for why one would become homeless. We KNOW pain, we know loss, we know loneliness, we know what its like to not have family support. One of the times we were homeless it was 3 days after one of our children was born, we were living in our car at the time and I vividly remember sitting in a Walmart parking lot with our children crying, hurting from having a c-section 3 days prior, sweating in the heat of Texas while my husband was working. It was heartbreaking, it was lonely, I remember seeing all the people walking past us as I held my newborn and cried thinking I wonder if they knew our situation would they care? I know how it feels to feel invisible, and to have nobody. I NEVER want anyone to feel like that. I never want anyone to feel like no one cares, and that no one loves them. Jesus loves them and I love them. This really placed a fire under me/us! I haven't stopped, or slowed down regardless of the lack of support, the attacks on our lives and family. Since starting this ministry we have lost a lot, and lost a home, and my minivan was wrecked and TOTALED. We lived in a motel for a little over a year all through 2023, and NEVER stopped serving and loving Gods people. Regardless of our personal trials, struggles and losses, we never let it stop us, and kept serving, majority of people never even knew our situation. Most people still don't know our personal story, they just see the ministry and what we do, but they don't know US. They don't know our "WHY". They don't know our heart. This is why I am updating our "about section". I think the background story matters! We are NOT government owned, we do not receive government money or support. We are not backed by a church. We listen to, obey, and FULLY rely on GOD to provide all things needed for this ministry, HIS ministry! He has not let us down yet, and He never will! I post just about daily, all the needs for the ministry, all of our donations, and all of our serve days. Biggest reason for doing this is to show the donors where their donations are going. God receives all the glory, honor and praise from us daily. It is also a great encouragement for others to get more active in their love and giving, we all can help out in some way! We are extremely grateful to all whom follow us and support us with prayers, monetary, and material donations, all of it matters and makes such a big difference! The more we receive the more we can do! We are always needing things every week, and always looking for consistent givers, and donors. We love the individual donors, but we would also love to have corporate donors as well. Currently we are in URGENT need of a CARGO VAN, badly to serve more people, and to be able to pick up more donations. (our van being totaled was a big blow to the ministry)
This would be such a HUGE help and blessing to the ministry and those we serve. I know God is going to provide through someone and I am so excited about it! Homeless people are often over looked, and looked down on. Not many people want to give to such cause, sadly. They like to blame them, and not have any love, care or compassion for them. Many people blame homeless people for their situations, and don't have compassion or love for them as Christ does. There are some places that will feed homeless. But God wants MORE! He want them HEALED, AND DELIVERED, He wants them to know HIM. He wants them rehabilitated, (spiritually) not just fed and sent away. He wants them seen, heard, LOVED! Those I serve, they know me by name, but often call me MaMa, they know when I am coming, and there is always a big group of people waiting on me when I pull up! I love them and pray for them and call them my friend. LOVE IS THE KEY TO THIS MINISTRY. Real true LOVE & compassion. The LORD has spoke many times and told me JUST LOVE THEM!! I even have ministry shirts that say those words. Don't judge them, don't try to figure it out, JUST LOVE THEM! For me, having been through so much, and walking with the LORD for so long, this is easy for me. I love them all so much, and they know it. Veterans, mentally ill, teenagers, felons, addicts, prostitutes, I love them all. None of those things stop how I treat them, or how I serve them. I am called to love them, and help them, and lead them to Jesus THROUGH my love. God can handle the rest. So much more can and will be done within this ministry in the future. So much has already happened, and there is more to come! I am grateful to be used to serve and love like Jesus, and I am excited for all the LORD has coming for this ministry and all we serve! Does anyone have a dog pool or a couple? Not the plastic kid pools but the actual dog pools that don’t break by being scratched or bit. Any rescue that gets them donated or anyone local who has one or a couple for my big camps with dogs. πŸ• πŸ”₯🐢

But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

Women running from domestic violence situations.
Veterans struggling with severe PTSD.
People struggling minute to minute with mental health issues.
Elderly & disabled people who cannot work.
Teenagers who aged out of foster care. Or their parents just kicked them out because they reached 18.
These are many of situations & scenarios I see while serving on the streets over the years.
Are there people who are struggling with major addictions? Of course there are!!
It doesn’t matter to me what their reason is.
I treat them all the same. I walk in love & kindness with them all.
We have enough hatred and evil in this world.
We don’t need anymore! People are struggling every day. There is absolutely no reason to be rude, mean or hateful to anyone.
A smile. A hug. A bottle of water. A sandwich. A blanket. Words of encouragement. A prayer.
All simple things we ALL can do to let others know they are seen, they matter, and someone cares.
It could be any one of us. Could be any one of our mothers, fathers, children etc.
Just be kind. Love each other. Help each other. Be a good human being! β™₯️

Prayers for this guy please!! πŸ™πŸ½
The rain has slowed for now, I was parked and he walked up to my truck and asked for money to get a drink. I have never seen him before.
I said you found the right lady! πŸ˜‚πŸ™ŒπŸ½ that’s what I’m here for!
I jumped out the truck and fed him and gave him water and Gatorade. He was so grateful. He is new out here and having a real hard time.
I told him where all the resources in the area are and encouraged him.
He thanked me and asked for a hug. I hugged him and he crumbled. 😭 people are going through so much, and just knowing someone cares means the world. 😭
