Just an FYI to you all about booking. We do accept private bookings. It saves you money when it comes to the extra fees. Here are a few things to note about private bookings:

1. We still charge the same price per night as you see in the Airbnb calendar, as well as the 50.00 cleaning fee.

2. We charge a small 5.00 processing fee (because it’s more inconvenient on our end).

3. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation. We do not accept credit card. Payment is via Venmo, cash app, or PayPal.

3. Cancellation policy is a full refund 5 days prior to arrival. After 5 days I give a full refund IF the date gets re-booked.

4. Airbnb is definitely more convenient for you the guest… as well as more streamlined. But if the extra cost of the service they provide doesn’t fit your budget feel free to DM me.

Speaking of Linens…

I used to always use white but we have issues with iron in our water sometimes. So keeping them pure white was a constant battle that involved too much lemon juice and bleach.🥺 So I started using the ticking stripe which is beautiful! But recently they came out with a natural color. I love it so much!!! Such a soft creamy color with flecks in it that haven’t been touched by bleaches and dyes. Where are my crunchy friends?🙌🏻 Did you know that the natural color of cotton Varies from year to year depending on the amount of sunshine and water? 🌞🌧

Another thing I love about is the fact that you can purchase the fitted sheet separately. We always wear them out first. So I can buy a new one and my sheets are good for another few years. And fyi… always soft and cottony up until they breath their last.🤩😂 After over 2 years of using I finally had a sheet wear out this week.😅
