Please check out a recent message from Pat Russell (Family President) regarding a summer 2015 Winston family reunion idea and attachments. Pat has posted a copy of the full MS Word proposal documents are posted our family Yahoo groups page when you type in “TheWinstonFamily” (without spaces) and are approved as a member. Please feel free to go there and request approval to become a member for complete and the sharing of information, polls, past family meeting minutes, photos, etc.
In the below message, an August 2014 meeting is suggested.

Greetings Family!

Hope all is well and keeping cool, dry, and safe this crazy-weather summer.

Please, please, please forgive my absence and lack of communication. Most of you know that the last couple of years has been tumultuous for me and was capped off by a move to New York City (probably the best decision I've made in a long time). At any rate, I wanted to post a proposal that some of you may have received from Nicole for a 2015 Winston Family Reunion at Six Flags. Thank you Nicole!

Please see the attached letter and hotel photos. I would like to schedule a family conference call in the near future so that we can discuss this and any other ideas that you may have for next year. Would a Sunday evening, say 6pm or so work for the majority for a call? I'm thinking August 17, 24, or 31. Let me which date works best.

~Service Suggestion for the Winston Family~

Dear Family,

It is a hope that this message finds everyone well.

During the times of reunion and fundraising planning meetings for the family, I had looked at a couple of teleconferencing vendors for the family to use. Those that were consulted with were found way to expensive having to subscribe to an 800 number service of some sort charging by the minute.

The good news is that conference calls with www.freeconferencecall.com are free and can
be performed with up to 99 people on the line at the same time!!!

Last night I participated in a conference call with group members of one of my graduate school classes with five people on. I was here in Richmond, VA. Other members were in Roanoke, VA… FL, SC, and NC.

The service was very clear and user friendly. The telephone number and a six digit pin code was posted for us to use to log into the call. There is no set-up fee and calls can be set up at anytime without having to contact someone to set it up. When the call is over, an official report is sent outlining the call details as far as log time, how many participants logged in, and more. *The calls can also be recorded if needed which may come in handy for any organizational minute taker or Secretary.

Family, friends, organization members from different towns and cities can come together in their respective homes or on the go with cell phones.
