Loading: a new renovation project in Sea Pines. What started out as a screened-in porch expansion became much, much, MUCH more and now we’re thrilled to call this backyard our office for months to come. With views of the Harbour Town Lighthouse and sunny Hilton Head days like this one, we feel pretty lucky! Stay tuned.

We are so proud to unveil this completed home renovation in Sea Pines! This project included a complete overhaul of the ground floor to transform part of the garage into an outdoor living room to maximize pool use and outdoor living. A game room was added and a living room with TV and fridge. The result is a seamless experience for guests!

Plus, we tackled renovating all 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms by refinishing and upgrading fixtures, tile, flooring, and paint.
