Found this gem in Springdale after a day of hiking in Zion. Local Mexican spot with a patio that looks straight out at the red rocks. The kind of place where you sit down for one drink and suddenly it’s two hours later!

The peach habanero margarita is amazing - Sweet, spicy and dangerously good.
