Grayson Goss brings a passion for craft beer, innovation, and Texas hospitality to Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa.

With experience leading brewery production, cellar management, maintenance, and new beer development, Grayson oversees every step of the brewing process, helping ensure each pint served at Old 290 Brewery reflects the quality and character of our guests.

Before joining Carter Creek, Grayson managed brewery preparation and production at Cibolo Creek Brewery/Hamby's Brewery in Boerne, Texas, where he developed new beers while maintaining a strong focus on consistency and craftsmanship.
