I ran out of white paint, so the interior only got a second coat on two walls. Looks like I'm buying more paint today so I can finish the job.
The door, the rest of the siding, and the steps are loaded in my car and ready to head up to camp. The boys are meeting me around 4 pm after we all get out of work to see how much more we can get done.
Of course, that's also about when the rain is supposed to start.

A HUGE thank you to Liam and Bryce! These guys worked through some pretty miserable weather this weekend. Rain, mud, and more rain, but the new outhouse is officially taking shape.

We've got four days to finish the build, clean up the construction zone, and get everything guest-ready by Friday.

No pressure.

Yesterday I finally rode my bike to work on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. It was a beautiful day, and every mile felt like a reminder of how lucky I am to call this place home.

It's a gift to live so close to such an incredible trail, and a gift to have a body that allows me to experience it this way. I'm grateful for both. Here's to a summer of collecting miles, chasing sunshine, and finding joy in the journey to and from work. 🚴‍♀️☀️💚
