Green juice does the body good!
-I WENT IN on some junk food & cocktails for my bday, Valentine’s Day, traveling, really just for being alive most of last month haha. I promise you I’m working on and conquering moderation 🥴. It’s so easy to over indulge & create excuses for our over consumption. When it comes to our health & life we are in one of 3 modes...BLAMING (blaming our family, our ancestors, our DNA, blaming Taco Bell for “making us fat)... JUSTIFYING (justifying our laziness, our poor eating and drinking habits, justifying missing hours of sleep to watch some dumb tv show that will never do anything for us)... or we are GROWING 🙌🏽 (learning more about true health, planning our meals, doing what we said we were going to do, exercising, stretching, drinking greens and maybe things that taste the best in the moment, even though they are significantly better for us long term, drinking plenty of water, choosing veggies over fries)
It’s starts by being AWARE! Notice your thoughts and actions around your health/life! Don’t let blaming or justifying words come out of your mouth, that low level thinking will only bring you and those around you down!
SPEAK WHAT YOU SEEK, UNTIL YOU SEE WHAT YOU SAY! SPEAK & SEEK GROWTH, IT WON’T BE COMFORTABLE, BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT!
