From Sharrie Yarber, READ THOROUGHLY :
We will be turning on water to Rocky Point April 3, 2023 . Please note once water is on there will be a boil order in effect until we get water results back. This notice will be posted at Dawson bathhouse for anyone to see, as this is standard procedure. Once the notices are removed the boil alert is over so if folks come in after the results are in there will be no notice at the Dawson. For those lots that had SFU turn there lots off at curb stop for end of season please fill out a SFU form located at front desk of ranch house and Aaron will call you to schedule a time to turn your water on. Please remind those lot owners SFU can not turn water on without this form only those who asked to have their water turned off at the curb need to fill out the water turn on form. The lot owner must be present to ensure no damage to their unit. This form is important so that Aaron can schedule time to do this within his schedule. We hope everyone had a awesome winter and we want to say welcome back! We are looking forward to our upcoming season and exited for warm weather, campfires and seeing everyone making memories to last a lifetime.
