🍂 Giving back to the communities where we live and work is something we value deeply.

Yesterday, members of our team joined fellow High co-workers for United Way of Lancaster County, PA Day of Caring at Shreiner Concord Cemetery in Lancaster, helping preserve this important community landmark through fall cleanup efforts. Along the way, we also learned more about the life and legacy of Thaddeus Stevens, who is buried there.

It was a meaningful morning spent serving our community, connecting with local history, and volunteering alongside others. We're grateful for opportunities like these to make a positive impact close to home.

Located at 1245 Cocoa Avenue, this approximately 67,050 𝐒𝐅, 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 106-𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 will provide additional accommodations just minutes from 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐲𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 and the many shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation destinations that make the Hershey region a year-round destination for visitors.

Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, the hotel will feature a variety of guest suite options, along with amenities including an indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, breakfast area, guest laundry, market, collaborative lounge/workspaces, outdoor gathering spaces with firepits, EV charging stations, and bicycle parking.

This project marks the first Home2 Suites in our portfolio and represents another exciting milestone in our growing hospitality experience, which now includes 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner once again with High Hotels Ltd. and are excited to see this project come to life through construction with High Construction Company, with guests expected to be welcomed in 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 2028.

Giving Back During United Way's Week of Caring 🎨❤️

Recently, members of our team spent a day volunteering with Community Action Partnership's Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster County program, helping refresh their office space with a fresh coat of paint.

We're grateful for the opportunity to support the important work DVS does for individuals and families throughout our community. Thank you to United Way of Lancaster County, PA for organizing another meaningful Week of Caring and to DVS for allowing us to be part of it.

We're proud to give back and help make a difference right here in Lancaster County.

Today, we pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the courage of the first responders, the sacrifices made by so many, and the families who continue to carry the weight of that day.

In the years that followed, our nation witnessed extraordinary resilience. Communities came together, hope endured, and a renewed skyline emerged as a testament to the strength of the human spirit.

As we reflect today, we remember those we lost, honor those who served, and hold close the values of unity, compassion, and perseverance that carried us forward.

Jon Weaver is celebrating his 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬. In just one year, he has become a valued team member, contributing to the Lancaster Environmental Center of Excellence project and supporting numerous projects for Penn State Health and WellSpan.

🍦 Celebrating National Ice Cream Month the best way we know how!

Our team spent Summer Friday afternoon at The Milkhouse at Oregon Dairy enjoying delicious ice cream, visiting the farm animals, and spending time together outside the office. Great treats, great company, and a great way to enjoy summer! ☀️🍨

⛳ We were proud to participate in the 35th Annual High Real Estate Group Customer Appreciation Golf Outing.

This year's event brought together 400 players across several local golf courses, providing another great opportunity to connect with customers, partners, and colleagues. Members of our team participated both on and off the course, with some enjoying a round at Conestoga Country Club while others volunteered at Crossgates Golf, helping support the event and create a positive experience for participants throughout the day.

Thank you to High Real Estate Group LLC for organizing another outstanding event and to everyone who helped make the day a success. We always appreciate opportunities to connect with customers, partners, and colleagues while supporting our community. ⛳🏌️‍♂️

🏗️ Progress is moving right along at the future Tempo by Hilton Bethlehem!

During our latest site visit, we saw steel framing continuing to take shape, stair and elevator shafts reaching higher floors, exterior wall panels going up, and preparations underway for the next concrete pour.

It was also great to have our intern, Sydney Peters, join us and see firsthand how design and construction come together in the field.

Thanks to the entire project team for the continued collaboration. We're excited to watch this project come to life!
