I had the honor of attending the beautiful wedding of one of my dearest friends Guy Salisbury  and his beautiful bride Kristen Kara  at the stunning rooftop of the The London Hotel West Hollywood  on a magical summer’s night. It was a great mix of wonderful and interesting people reflecting who the lovely couple are.
A celebration of love and life, and it was great spending time with some of my dearest friends. I had such a good time I forgot to take photos and videos of everyone... 
Such a great time all around, and great seeing old friends and making new ones.

When architecture meets cinema. 🎬✨ This home was named AIA LA’s Most Influential Architecture for a reason.

I was taken aback by this absolute masterpiece in the Hollywood Hills. Designed by XTEN Architects and inspired by Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey. Serene and inspiring in every way.

The infinity pool framing jetliner views, polished terrazzo floors, and an 8-car subterranean garage... it’s even more incredible in person. Immaculate interior design as well.

Just sold, this Venice, Mar Vista slice of history in multiple offers with the full of array of buyers from enduser, to enduser who were going to build new, to developers. And all wonderful and interesting people, not to mention their agents.

We started this story asking ourselves, who this would eventually go to because of the heavily transitioning neighborhoods. The home had been upgraded by restoring all the old character, but at over $2 million, it becomes a little hard to justify going to the upper price range.

As a result it did go to developers, but I’ve seen the design and renderings of the new home, and it looks spectacular. Especially sitting on that corner, it’s going to be magnificent, and a great addition to Venice and Mar Vista, on every level from the aesthetics, to taking in the spirit and essence of Venice.

Great shoot days for The Parisian Agency, AKA L’Agence. Led by Anaïs Albrieux a fantastic producer, and the cinematographer and crew. You can see why the show looks so good, and I am sure they will make this property shine. Everyone is in love with it. So much character and esthetic to it, and designed by the inspired architect Harry Gresner whose famous Wave House in Malibu
Martin_Kretz was great, as is the whole family , just as they are on the show.

We’ve been tapped to be in a very successful Netflix series and working with these wonderful agents the Kretz family in Paris, and two of the brothers who have come out to shoot the series

It’s fascinating the visceral, immediate reaction we got from end users and Builders alike, and ended up with multiple offers and going over asking. This soulful property and location continues to resonate with the Venice tribe on a very deep level.
