A challenging triangular site in Beverly Hills shaped the architecture of this family residence, creating an opportunity to explore light, water, and movement throughout the home. The arrival sequence begins at the drive court and continues across a glass bridge spanning the central light well, establishing a direct connection between the street, entry, and city beyond. Cascading water flows from the upper level through green marble at the entry and into the lower level, extending the experience vertically through the house.

The main living spaces open toward the city and infinity-edge pool, while the primary suite is dramatically cantilevered above the terrace, creating a floating volume that provides shade below and leaves the landscape uninterrupted. With the secondary bedrooms, family spaces, gym, wellness area, media room, and garage organized around the light court below grade, the home turns the limitations of its narrow footprint into an integral part of the design.

Framed by the Pacific Ocean and the natural landscape of the Pacific Palisades, this residence was designed around light, views, and the effortless connection between indoors and out.

Three levels are organized around a central water courtyard, drawing daylight into the lower level while creating a natural focal point throughout the home. Expansive openings connect the main living spaces to the gardens and pool, extending the experience of the home into its surrounding landscape.

Warm limestone, oak, and metal accents balance the clean-lined architecture, bringing a sense of warmth and restraint to the interiors. From the winding approach to the elevated living spaces and private retreat above, each level is carefully positioned to capture the extraordinary setting in every direction.

More than a residence, this Bel-Air estate was conceived as a private retreat, bringing the atmosphere of a secluded resort into the experience of home.

Spanning 28,000 square feet across two acres, the residence is organized around spaces for living, entertaining, and wellness, with nine suites alongside a private cinema, fitness center, wine cellar, salon, and a dedicated wellness spa.

Full-height glazing opens the interiors to an expansive terrace and lush landscape, where a 160-foot swimming pool and 30-foot water wall create a striking focal point. Inside, a dramatic 25-foot foyer, sculptural contemporary fixtures, marble finishes, and integrated technology carry the same sense of quiet refinement throughout.

Above Los Angeles, the architecture embraces its surroundings while creating an extraordinary degree of privacy, allowing the home to feel less like a traditional residence and more like a world of its own.

Originally completed in 2010, this residence has been thoughtfully reimagined for a new generation of living. The expanded estate introduces a guest house, wellness spa, and additional parking, integrated into the steep hillside with minimal disruption to the landscape.

To create a place for quiet walks and moments of reflection, an aerial walkway winds through the trees, connecting a series of boardwalks, gardens, and viewing platforms. The experience unfolds gradually, revealing the surrounding landscape and expansive views of the Los Angeles skyline.

Across the three structures, a shared material palette creates a sense of continuity, allowing the architecture to feel both connected to the site and distinctly its own. The result is a private hillside estate shaped as much by the landscape as by the architecture.

Floating above the city, this 14,000-square-foot residence transforms a tight hillside site into a modern urban haven.

A grand central hallway forms the spine of the home, connecting light-filled interiors to tailored gardens, terraces, and water features. Gray striated marble, stone, glass, metal, and warm wood create a refined palette, while oversized windows and doors blur the line between indoors and out.

An elevated lawn, infinity lap pool, and floating fire feature extend the living spaces toward the city views, while a crisp white spiral staircase with charcoal-toned wood treads adds a striking architectural moment.

Designed around its dramatic hillside setting, this Beverly Hills residence embraces the landscape at every level. Clean modern lines, warm natural materials, and expansive glass create a seamless connection between the home and its surroundings.

Centered around a pool, garden, and sunken courtyard, the design uses the challenging multilevel site to create a series of distinct indoor and outdoor spaces. Travertine, limestone, oak, and dark wood bring warmth to the restrained architecture, while carefully framed views open the home to Beverly Hills and the Los Angeles basin.

From the skylit entry and panoramic primary suite to the courtyard-level lounge, library, and entertainment spaces, every part of the home is shaped by light, landscape, and the experience of moving through the site.

A steep canyon, limited flat land, and views stretching from Beverly Hills to the Pacific shaped the design of this home.

By positioning the house close to the street, the design preserves valuable flat land for a pool and garden while an L-shaped plan creates privacy from the surrounding properties. A carved courtyard forms the entry, bringing natural light into the basement and connecting the three levels through a walnut stair and glazed walls.

The main level opens directly to the garden and pool, while the lower level is organized around the courtyard, an outdoor room framed by water, greenery, and sculpture. Throughout the home, crisp white planes and black metal accents are balanced by rich travertine and walnut, creating a warm, restrained palette that complements the landscape and views.

At 30,000 square feet, this Westside residence balances an expansive scale with a distinctly relaxed atmosphere. Designed around privacy, gardens, and sweeping city views, the home unfolds through a stone-walled motor court, a 180-foot water wall, expansive terraces, and a cascading infinity pool. Caravela limestone, Mocha Cream limestone, and oak bring warmth and softness to the contemporary design, creating a seamless connection between the architecture, landscape, and outdoor living spaces.
