⚔️ We had the distinct honor of receiving a visit from Temperance Belowe, New Jersey Renaissance Faire's resident Puritan and professional enemy of fun. ⚔️

For those unfamiliar with her work, Temperance travels the Shire warning good folk about the many things THE ALMIGHTY LOATHES.

Apparently, that list now includes beards. 😔🧔

Fortunately, Viking Jerk remains committed to supporting facial hair everywhere, regardless of Puritan opinion.

We may not have won Temperance's approval, but we did manage to get photographic evidence of her latest proclamation.

🐮✨ A Viking Highland Coo has found a new home! ✨🐮

While wandering the lanes of the New Jersey Renaissance Faire, Priscilla Mead, the Mazer aka the Mead Maker, happened upon a mossy little Viking Highland Coo in need of a loving caretaker. As fate would have it, there was just enough room in her basket for one more traveling companion. 🍃⚔️

We're happy to report that the adoption was a success, and the newest member of Priscilla's household seems quite content riding along in style. The Edwin Pistachio Mead has already enjoyed a stroll through the faire grounds and is rumored to be angling for extra snacks.

May they share many adventures together! 💚
