July at Tributary

Summer settles in, and the valley gives its best.

This month brings America’s 250th to McMinnville’s 3rd Street — our Red, White & Pinot weekend, with fireworks over the vines, small-town Americana, and a one-night barbecue dinner at ōkta farm and kitchen where Chef Christy Smith’s Southern roots meet the farm’s harvest.

The Winemaker’s Dinner Series continues with Robert and Ellen Brittan of Brittan Vineyards on July 26 — an evening of estate Pinot, library vintages and the kind of long-table conversation that lingers past dessert.

And all summer, the Summer Slow Down invites you to stay a while: morning yoga, leisurely breakfast in your suite, a private farm picnic with Farmer Elena, afternoon cocktail class in our Cellar, and dinner at ōkta farm and kitchen when it suits you— the season, unhurried.

Beyond that, the farm in July is abundant — with guided tours, al fresco lunches, and slow days among the rows and vines. Allow our concierge to book an experience.

Come find your pace.

Southern Roots, Oregon Harvest

This Fourth of July, Chef Christy Smith brings her Kentucky roots to the Willamette Valley for a special one night only menu.

Southern tradition meets Oregon’s peak summer bounty — wood-fired, served family-style, and built from what our farms are giving at the height of the season. Gather around the table for the kind of evening the Fourth was made for: good food, easy hospitality, and no rush to be anywhere.

On the table —
Pickled deviled eggs · chicken wings
Pork ribs · pulled beef sliders
Corn on the cob · coleslaw · potato salad · Hoppin’ John
Biscuits · hushpuppies
Cobbler · pie

One night only at ōkta farm and kitchen. Reserve your seat — link in bio.

The valley is not only its vineyards. It’s the space between them.

The quiet drive. The pause before the second pour. The afternoon left open on purpose.

We’ve spent years among the winemakers who shape this region. We know which doors to open.

We also know when to leave one closed — when the finest thing we can offer is time.

A flight at the Cellar, nothing after it.

A single glass in your river-named suite, the light going long across the valley.

The tastings will be wonderful. But it’s the space between them you’ll carry home.

What quiet moment from your travels has stayed with you?

Allow us to arrange everything and the in between… 🔗 in profile.

The longest days belong to June.

Morning harvests from the ōkta farm. Bloom across the valley. Picnics when the afternoon is still cool. People watching from the café as the town moves at its own pace. A Father’s Day that puts him in the driver’s seat. A Seasonal table with Gran Moraine as the light holds longer than it should.

This is the summer you’ve been longing for — and it arrives a little differently each day, shaped by what the land decides to give.

An unhurried JUNE is ready for you… at Tributary.
