Progress update! The balcony is finished! 🙌🏼 The fire pit area and path is coming along! The patio is framed out for concrete to be poured this week! And the shower is about 2/3 of the way done! Thank you and for all of your hard work the past few days!

Four years ago, we took a leap and bought our rental property—and what a journey it’s been. 🏡✨

From day one, this has been so much more than just a project. It’s been a labor of love, a learning experience, and a chance to grow together as a family. Every late night, every decision, every small win has shaped us in ways we never expected.

We are beyond grateful for our family and friends who have supported us, encouraged us, and cheered us on every step of the way. And to the best neighbor we could ever ask for—thank you for always being there. You truly make this experience even more special.

To all the amazing guests we’ve had the privilege of hosting over the years—thank you for choosing our space and being part of our story. You’ve helped turn this house into something meaningful.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the lessons we’ve learned, and everything still to come. ❤️
