Drop LUNA and I’ll send the link. “but where would we all even sleep.” Seven bedrooms, six of them king beds, eighteen people … and the only one stuck on a bunk is whichever kid called it first. It’s a two-minute walk to Cortez Beach, though you might not make it past the saltwater pool, and there’s a rooftop deck you’ll want to be on around sunset.

By the second night the hot tub’s where the adults end up once the kids are down. $960 less than the same week on Airbnb … same house, no markup.

The light in Sedona arrives sideways.

Seagrove Beach is the stretch of 30A the Seaside and Rosemary crowds drive through on the way to somewhere louder. Cassine Village is quieter still, a footbridge over a pond, a nature trail, the gulf three miles off and best reached by bike.
